House rules

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am
• Minimum stay 2 nights

Please

• Keep the house clean and tidy and report any damage or missing items to us immediately.
• Observe the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
• Wash the dishes.
• When leaving the apartment, close windows and doors, turn down the heating and switch off lights and electrical appliances where possible.

Not permitted

• Parties or events
• Smoking inside the apartments – ashtrays are provided outside
• Excessive noise or loud music
• Pets – except in the Wachtelburg, but not on the beds
• Outdoor shoes beyond the entrance area
• Drugs or illegal behaviour
• Guests or overnight visitors not listed on the reservation
• Commercial photography or filming
• Hygiene products in the toilet – toilet paper only, please

Fees for violations

• €500 for excessive noise
• €500 for smoking in the apartments
• €500 for breaching the house rules
• €50 per hour if check-out does not take place on time and we have not been informed
• €50 per person for persons not listed on the reservation
• €500 for commercial photography or filming
• €500 for removing guests, residents or animals staying on the property without permission
