The Schwalbenloft measures almost 100 m² and is furnished stylishly yet sustainably – lovers of wood will feel right at home.

A side staircase leads to the first floor and straight into the large kitchen-living room with a lovely dining area and a Samsung Family Hub fridge with water and ice dispenser. Relax in the evening on the comfortable sofas in front of the 58-inch smart TV with streaming package.

The bedroom has a workspace with a height-adjustable desk. Above it is the “Spatzennest” (sparrow’s nest), usually a favourite with children. The wooden staircase and sloping ceilings make it a makeshift option for adults.

The wellness bathroom features a sauna, a double bathtub with whirlpool, a mirrored shower, a bidet and a heated towel rail. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
